These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GrabRio website and all related services, features and content ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GrabRio ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using GrabRio in any way — including browsing, clicking on deals, subscribing to newsletters, or submitting coupons — you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Platform.

GrabRio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Here is what you may and may not do:

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these usage rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

GrabRio is a coupon aggregation and discovery platform. We compile deals from various sources and make them available to users. Please understand the following important points about our deals:

• No Guarantee of Validity: While we verify coupons daily, we cannot guarantee that every coupon code will work at the time you use it. Deals may expire, run out of uses, or be withdrawn by the store at any time.
• Third-Party Responsibility: Coupon codes are issued and controlled by the respective stores. GrabRio has no control over a store's decision to honor, modify or expire a coupon.
• Savings Estimates: Savings amounts shown are estimates based on standard retail prices. Actual savings may vary depending on the product, region and timing.
• No Cash Value: Coupons listed on GrabRio have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• One Per Transaction: Most coupons can only be used once per transaction. Always check the terms on the store's website.

GrabRio participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click on a deal link and make a purchase on a partner store's website, we may receive a small commission from that store.

• This commission comes from the retailer — not from you. You never pay more because of our affiliate relationship.
• Our editorial decisions about which deals to feature are not influenced by commission rates.
• We are a member of affiliate programs including Amazon Associates, Flipkart Affiliate, and other major networks.
• All affiliate links are clearly identifiable and we comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

All content on GrabRio — including but not limited to the GrabRio name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, icons, images, and software — is the intellectual property of GrabRio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.
• Store names, logos and trademarks mentioned on GrabRio belong to their respective owners.
• Product images displayed are either owned by GrabRio, licensed from third parties, or used in accordance with applicable laws.
• User-submitted content (e.g., coupon codes submitted through our form) grants GrabRio a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute that content.

GrabRio allows users to submit coupon codes and deals. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The coupon code or deal is genuine, valid and not expired at the time of submission
• You have the right to share the information and it does not violate any third-party rights
• The submission does not contain spam, malicious links, or misleading information
• You grant GrabRio a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, modify and use the submitted content

GrabRio reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any user submission at our discretion without explanation. Submitting fake or misleading coupons may result in a permanent ban from our platform.

GrabRio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim the following:

• Accuracy: We do not warrant that all coupon information is accurate, complete or current at all times.
• Availability: We do not guarantee that the platform will be available 24/7 or free from technical interruptions.
• Third-Party Sites: We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of any external websites linked from GrabRio.
• Results: We do not guarantee any specific savings or results from using coupons listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrabRio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money, savings or anticipated savings due to a coupon not working
• Loss of data or information resulting from use of the platform
• Any transaction you enter into based on information from GrabRio
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter related to the service

GrabRio's total liability for any claims related to our service shall not exceed ₹500 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Since GrabRio is free to use, this effectively means our maximum liability is ₹500.

GrabRio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Submitting fake, spam or malicious content
• Attempting to exploit, hack or disrupt our platform
• Any conduct we deem harmful to other users or our platform

You may also stop using GrabRio at any time. If you wish to delete your data or unsubscribe from our communications, please contact us at hello@grabrio.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of GrabRio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
